Rushcutters Bay Apartment Interior Design
The project centered around the comprehensive redesign of a 55sqm deceased estate, originally constructed in 1937. By reimagining the spatial arrangement and relocating key elements such as the kitchen and bathroom, the project aimed to not only enhance the property's value but also create a more functional and modern living space. Additionally, the inclusion of an in-house laundry facility was a key aspect of the renovation, further amplifying the property's appeal and practicality.
Throughout the project, one of the primary challenges was to optimise the limited space available while ensuring a seamless flow and an open living area. This required a careful reassessment of the property's original layout and a strategic approach to restructuring key components.
